The Adelaide Hills must be one of Australia’s most diverse and exciting wine regions (not to mention a gorgeous short-break destination, particularly in winter!). With their long sunny days and colder nights, they are successful with a lot of interesting varietals that seldom work elsewhere in Australia, from Gruner Veltliner to Aglianico  – which makes for a fascinating tasting! We’ll be focusing on four of the Hill’s pioneering producers – Jericho, CRFT, La Prova and First Drop to showcase the incredible breadth and unique character of this vastly under-rated region. Shane and his wonderful team at Malt Dining are creating a delicious 3 course menu to suit our wine journey – it’s going to be a cracking afternoon of food and wine.
