Anno Domini Prosecco Frizzante
Anno Domini 47 is named after the year in which one of the most important Roman roads, the Claudia Augusta, was completed – a road that runs for 25 hectares along their vineyards. The brand focuses on the classic wines of the Veneto region, and specifically the production of quality Prosecco.

This delicious Frizzante style Prosecco is made in the traditional way, as evidenced by the tappo spago closure – a cork with string – the original, time-honoured method for sealing sparkling wines in the Veneto region. It has light bubbles and a deliciously crisp and chalky, with light apple and citrus flavours. As a Frizzante wine it is less fizzy than the Spumante style (also the traditional seal cannot withhold as much pressure as a standard cork with a muzzle) – for this reason we recommend you drink this wine in one sitting, as the fizz won’t last in the fridge for hours/days – as if you needed the excuse!
