This is a beautifully elegant aperitif style sparkling – a fantastic alternative to your run-of-the-mill Proseccos. It has a very elegant, fine-bubbled mousse and a delicate nose of crisp orchard fruits. On the palate it has good weight with a beautiful line of acidity that gives it its refreshing balance. Sophisticated Italian bubbles!
