3x Thorn Clarke Shotfire Shiraz 2019 (RRP $35)
This is a big glass of Barossa goodness. Rich and plush on the palate it has all the generous dark fruit you could wish for, mingling together with notes of black pepper, liquorice and a good lick of quality French oak.
3x Purple Hands Shiraz 2020 (RRP $30)
This is a gorgeous Shiraz with lashings of plum and blueberry fruit flavours leading the charge, followed by notes of warm spice and chocolate, and a hint of vanilla oak. Worth a decant if you have the time, just to loosen up those tannins.
3x Welland Valley & Valley Shiraz (RRP $30)
Made by our very good friend Ben Chapman the Welland Shiraz has been a huge hit since we have introduced it up here in QLD. Ben sources his fruit from both Barossa and Eden Valleys to produce a Shiraz that is beautifully balanced, rich yet elegant.
