This is elegant cool climate Cabernet from a region that is developing a very serious reputation for the variety. The wine offers complex earthy flavours with meaty, leathery notes that provide an additional dimension to the rich dark fruit. A good tannic structure provides a balanced mouthfeel. An excellent midweek drinker.
