For our first Raid the Cellar Long Lunch of the year we are going to be ‘putting the Bins out’ with a Penfolds extravaganza. From 407 to 389, St Henri to RWT, it’ll be no holds barred with this one as we serve up some of Australia’s most iconic and collectable wines. We’re bringing this one to the Beetson Hotel (formerly Gambaros) to come up with a classic Australian menu befitting of these legendary wines.
