Rojomoma RED ART Grenache
Bernie and Sam have a lovely partnership and their micro-winery produces a few hundred dozen cases only each year of quality varietals from some seriously old vines (some dating back to the 1880’s). Sam is a sixth generation Barossan, and for many years was the chief red winemaker at Orlando, overseeing the production of many world-famous brands including St Hugo and Wyndham Estate. Both Bernie and Sam are very creative souls and nowhere is this more evident than on their labels, which feature Bernie’s own incredible photography. Next time you find yourself in the Barossa make an appointment and go and take a look – her artwork is displayed all around the winery.

This is a flavourful and beautifully complex wine – one of our favourites from the Rojomoma stable. With their 132 year old dry grown bush vines it comes as little surprise that it is highly perfumed with bright raspberry and cherry fruits and earthed by a lovely savoury line running underneath, leading to an long, elegant finish.
