Deliveries

All wine will be dispatched within 5 business days of payment and can take up to a further 5 days to be delivered, depending on the destination. If we anticipate any additional delays we will let you know.

Delivery Charges

Auction Wines: A delivery charge applies to all wine purchased via auction. This charge is $10 per dozen, with a minimum charge of $10 for any lots of less than 1 dozen. Should you win multiple lots we will consolidate your wine to minimise your freight charges. Large format bottles will be calculated separately – we will contact you after the sale to confirm.

Retail Wines: For all wines purchased through our online wine shop we offer free delivery on orders of $250 or more to all non-remote locations. Orders under $250 will attract a $10 delivery charge to metropolitan areas and a $15 charge to regional areas. For off-shore and remote locations an additional surcharge may apply – please contact us for applicable rates.

Where we Deliver

We are unable to deliver to NT and will not freight wine to designated dry areas or anywhere else restricted by law. If your order is unable to be fulfilled for this reason, we will contact you and your transaction will be refunded. Shipping can be arranged to many international locations, though we cannot guarantee delivery to every country. Please contact us for further information, rates and conditions.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.


Delivery Instructions

We always recommend delivery to an address where someone can take delivery during working hours. You may opt to have your wine left in a designated place – if you wish to take this option please leave detailed information in the Delivery Instructions box. Please note that in doing so you are accepting any risk associated with leaving the wine in that location.

Proof of Age

In accordance with Australian law, wine may not be delivered to anybody under 18 years of age. If in doubt our drivers are obliged to ask for photographic ID – if this is not provided, we are unable to leave the wine.

Heat Policy

We want you to enjoy your wines in the best possible condition and will never compromise on quality by dispatching in temperatures above safe recommended levels for shipping wine. If a substantial delay is necessary to ensure the wellbeing of your wine, we will email you to keep you up to date. Good things are worth waiting for, after all!
