The name Abtole derives from the medieval name for the Rioja town Autol, home to Bodegas Marques de Reinosa who makes this remarkable value range of wines.

This is a gorgeous wine that screams its Spanish heritage. It’s rich and velvety with all the dark fruit, spice and rich oak you would expect from a classic Rioja. We’ve shown this in a few boardroom tastings and events and must say there have been few wines that have been so popular – it is a glorious crowd-pleaser, and if you like your Rioja you are going to be very, very happy indeed!
