The name Acquesi refers to the small town of Acqui Terme where the winery is based – in the Belle Epoque era it was renowned for its Liberty style architecture (the Italian version of Art Nouveau), and its ideals of elegance, joy and ornamental detail, and this is reflected in the beautiful, intricate design of the etched bottles, which are an absolute show-stopper. The winery is focused solely on the production of top quality sparkling wines and is one of Italy’s most awarded and celebrated sparkling producers.

This sparkling wine is outstanding value for money, and it tastes as pretty as it looks. It has a beautiful pale pink color and a fine perlage, while the bouquet delicately expresses notes of flowers and crisp red fruit.
