What is Back to Barossa?

Due to popular demand we are bringing a Barossa roadshow-style tasting event BACK to South-East Queensland and we cannot wait!! We have 20+ of Barossa’s finest flying up to join us, all bringing their own hand-selected range of wines (many not usually seen/available in QLD) to give you that genuine cellar door experience right on your front door. We want to show off the Barossa we know and love – not the supermarket brands but the beating heart of the region – the passionate and talented guys and girls who are quietly making some of the best wines in the country.

Taking place across 4 iconic locations over 4 awesome days and with over 100 wines on show, Back to Barossa offers you the chance to meet 20 amazing artisan winemakers, chat, taste and buy boutique Barossa wines, all over the course of a relaxed afternoon or evening!  Each event runs for 3 hours and celebrates our unique Queensland lifestyle, with funky music and a fun and irreverent approach to the wines themselves. With two events in Brisbane (an elegant Thursday evening and a laid-back Sunday afternoon), plus events in both Gold Coast and Sunny Coast, you’ll be spoilt for choice! Simply buy your tickets, and get ready to enjoy 3 hours of brilliant wine tasting.

Our ticket price INCLUDES light snacks/canapes, use of quality crystal glassware (with special offers to purchase on the day if you get to like it), unlimited tastings* and booking fees. With two events in Brisbane  (an elegant Thursday evening and a laid-back Sunday afternoon), plus events in both Gold Coast and Sunny Coast, you’ll be spoilt for choice! *RSA applies at all times of course … we recommend you come prepared – a pre-event ‘safety sandwich’ is always a good idea, and always pace yourself and drink plenty of water through the event. You know the drill!
