Stuey Bourne, Barossa Winemaker of the Year 2020, uses his unique knowledge and relationships to source parcels of Shiraz fruit from 6 different vineyard sites around the Barossa Valley, and finishes the wine with just a smidge of fruit from the Adelaide Hills to enhance the elegance and structure of the wine. Made using traditional techniques, it is matured for 20 months in a combination of French puncheons and hogsheads (15% new) before bottling.
