Mindful Organic Shiraz
This organic Shiraz was the first and last wine made by a good friend of ours, a popular figure in the QLD wine industry. We remember his excitement at having the wine produced, designing the label and coming up with a name – it was with huge pride that he introduced it to his friends and customers here in Brisbane. Sadly he is no longer with us to experience the reaction to his wine – in mid 2021 he was taken from us, suddenly, tragically and far too soon. We hope you will purchase a case of this wine and take the opportunity to share it with your closest family and friends, with an over-abundance of food, music and raucous laughter – it’s certainly the way he would have recommended it be drunk!

This is an elegant and deliciously more-ish medium-bodied Shiraz, with soft fruits of the forest, delicate perfumed floral notes, and a touch of earthy charcuterie on the finish. On the palate it is silky and smooth, with well integrated oak bringing the wine into perfect harmony. Being organic and unfiltered it may throw a slight sediment – this is perfectly normal and can easily be removed by straining the wine prior to serving.
