OK the label may be a little on the bland side, but we are so excited to find and be able to offer such a great value Hunter Valley Chardonnay we just don’t care. It’s in the classic Hunter style we all know and love – generous on the palate with lashings of bright fruit, with peach and melon notes coming to the fore. Having been fermented in 100% French oak (quite a rarity at this price) it has delicious undertones of brioche and vanilla spice, while it finishes bright with a clean line of citrussy acidity. If you love a ripe, opulent Chardonnay you can’t go wrong here.
