De Saint Gall was founded in the 1960s by an exclusive group of Premier Cru and Grand Cru Champagne growers. To this day they are the largest owner of Chardonnay vineyards in the prestigious Côte Des Blancs but they also own 400ha of Pinot Noir in the exceptional terroirs of Montagne De Reims.

This is cracking value for a Premier Cru Champagne! With a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir it offers gorgeous toasty baked brioche aromas and an elegant, citrus-driven palate. Delicate notes of almond intermingle with classic yeasty lees, rounding out the palate. With well-balanced acidity and good tension it offers a pleasingly dry finish.
