What can we say? Curator Wine Co’s founder and winemaker Tom White had so much fun at our Back to Barossa series the other week, he is back for more!  And we are here for it. It is our mission to stop poor Tom drinking alone in a paddock and share an afternoon of good wine and good times, Brisbane style. We’ll be focusing on Curator’s exceptional range of Shiraz expressions covering the breadth of the Barossa Valley – we’ve been promised a masterclass, but expect a lot of fun along the way with Tom’s distinct brand of irreverence. We’ll kick things off with the delicious Hamlets Rose before taking a deep dive into all things Shiraz over a serious 3 course menu from Javier and the team at MODA (think juicy steaks straight from their Mibrasa charcoal oven…). Wines are defined by:

  • Exceptional old-vine Barossa vineyards

  • Minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process

  • Traditional open fermenters, hands-on techniques

  • Small-batch production with meticulous attention to detail

  • Wines bottled unfined and unfiltered

  • Authentic expressions of vineyard, season and place

    If you are unable to provide this information when tickets were ordered we completely understand, but please ensure you email us at least 48 hours ahead of the event so that we can provide appropriate notice to the venue. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.
  • Group Bookings/Seating Arrangements
    If you are planning to attend with friends, colleagues or clients who may be under a different booking, please give us the heads up in advance so we can make appropriate seating arrangements.

  • Under 18s
    Our events are open to adults (over 18s) only. We regret that babies and children cannot be accommodated.
  • Cancellations
    We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. If you need to cancel tickets please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to assist you with a credit or refund (minus applicable booking/payment fees). We regret that we cannot provide credits or refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, and all other refunds/credits are at our discretion.
