Château La Rabotine is located in the very heart of Sancerre, in the beautiful village of Sury-en-Vaux. This is an area renowned for its Terres Blanches terroir and intensely aromatic wines. Alban Roblin is a young gun winemakers who started working the 12 hectares of family vineyards in 2010 alongside his parents. He has a profound respect for the land and for maintaining the sublime quality of their wines.

This is a classic Sancerre – complex, fragrant and unmistakably French. The nose is intense, with notes of elderflower, acacia, asparagus and grassiness. On the palate it is fresh and smooth with a good kick of lemony citrus to bring the wine into beautiful balance and deliver a lovely, zesty finish. A perfect wine to pair with seafood and white fish.
