This juicy little number has delicious ripe black cherry and plum notes, with hints of tobacco and earthiness that add depth and complexity to the wine. On the palate it is smooth and medium bodied, with soft vanilla oak complementing the primary fruit flavours – classic Crianza.
2 x Luca Bosio Dolcetto, Piemonte, Italy
This is a really elegant expression of Dolcetto – plenty of juicy flavour yet with lovely balance and polish. On the nose it is an exuberant bowl of red summer fruits backed up by a hint of earthy savouriness and spice.
2 x Artigiano Primitivo
Intense ruby red in colour, it is vibrant and juicy on the palate, with intriguing hints of baked fruit and tobacco. It is the perfect match for roasted red meats, full flavoured cheeses, and of course wood-fired pizzas!
