The house of Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818 in the village of Mareuil-sur-Ay and has built a reputation for the production of exceptional Champagnes. The majority of the company is still in the hands of the Billecart-Salmon family, whose meticulous approach has created a consistent standard of excellence across the generations. Renowned and revered the world over for its Brut Rosé, the entire range has great finesse and the ability to age with elegance.
We will be enjoying a flight of six cuvées, including the famous Rosé, whilst enjoying the stunning river views and the incredible food of one of Brisbane’s most talented and experienced chefs, Brad Jolly. Whatever the occasion, this is the perfect opportunity to step away from the world for a few hours and enjoy an afternoon of sheer indulgence!
