This is an elegant and complex Pinot Noir that far exceeds its modest ‘Bourgogne Rouge’ appellation. On the nose it is a bouquet of fresh raspberry and cherry, with an intriguing note of spice. It has a smooth and soft mouthfeel with the primary fruit flavours underpinned by typical Burgundian earthy notes and subtle oak. Bright acidity brings freshness and finesse to the finish.
