This delicious Mâcon-Villages has a beautiful golden hue and draws you in with aromas of fresh stone fruit and citrus. Fine lees ageing adds oomph to the palate, where the primary fruit flavours are supported by delicious notes of white flower and quince. It’s a perfect match for salmon, either fresh or smoked.
