Stéphane Brocard ‘Closerie des Alisiers’ Petit Chablis
Stéphane Brocard is the son of renowned Chablis winemaker Jean-Marc Brocard. After finding the family business a little crowded he established Closerie des Alisiers with a philosophy of crafting wines of purity, fruit and freshness. He is known for pushing his vignerons to use organic farming methods and to champion minimal intervention at all stages of production. Stéphane ultimately believes that his wines should be available at price points that allow people to enjoy them regularly, rather than getting caught up in the Burgundy bubble. The good news is that this means cracking wines at extremely reasonable prices.

There is nothing little about this delightful Petit Chablis, with its elegant freshness and minerality. On the palate it is an explosion of pithy citrus, green apple and stony mineral notes, all matched by lively acidity. It’s everything you could want from a Petit Chablis, bursting with the hallmark flavours of the region.
